Ever since he was 14, he enjoyed making videos and putting them on Youtube. The ability to be able to combine his creative interests and workouts has allowed Tolu to live his own lifestyle.
As a result, Tolu established his own brand called "Elite-Smart Athletes". The reason behind this was to showcase the importance of athletics and academics. Having knowledge is just as important as training. The name behind the brand comes from Tolu's growth as a person. He was never a naturally-gifted athlete but was blessed with intelligence. Tolu obtained a Bachelor's in Law, as well as a legal practice course qualification and Masters in Law, Business, and Management. The "Smart" contribution to his brand name is because of his connection to intelligence. He wants it to not only represent strength but also stability too.
Another reason he began "Elite-Smart Athletes" is to help younger athletes in the right direction and achieve their dreams. Tolu felt if he had trained smarter, he could have avoided a long-term knee injury and play at a higher-level basketball league. But, that is life and things happen. However, what you do with that time is precious. Tolu believes if he can help and teach proper training techniques at an early age, they could avoid what he went through.
