Dear Future Self: Our Creativity is Infinite

For this post, I want to write about speaking to your future self. What will you talk about? What will you advise? Where do you see yourself? I hope by writing this open letter, it can help ease your mind and remember your own steps. Our creativity is so important while we are training. Once in a while, we should take a step back and evaluate the next steps in our lives. It helps us refocus and remind ourselves of what we need to do next.

If I could rewrite the memories and fix things I sought forgiveness from, then my strength wouldn't be the same. There are things in the world I enjoy seeing, speaking about, and even holding. The little thoughts that swirl into a neverending bliss. We are like little seeds. Each of us is planted for what we are meant to do. But, we sometimes forget to grow. We forget that we are entitled to the time of our changes, but not the events that take place. We don't ask for life or death. Therefore...




Dear Future Self,

I love you. Yes, not many people tell you this. But, it's about quality over quantity, right? I know you are unsure of your path right now. As you see others seeming like they got their life together, you begin to question yours. I know you like to do many things because you feel you should do as much as possible. You get excited about what and who you love. I know when others walk out on you, you still love them even though you shouldn't. But, that is just you being human. You don't want to quit on people so easily because you know how it feels to be abandoned. You know how it feels to be trapped and appear complicated. Dealing with pressures you have no control over.

But, I think that is what makes you amazing. Not everyone is going to be a fan of you because you're real. You're not an actor. You have good and bad things about you. You have made mistakes you are not proud of, but that's what makes you undefined. You don't need constant approval of friendships because you know true friends will always be there no matter what. You're not a follower. You're a leader in your own sense and comfortability. Being creative and playing the game you love. I know you will never stop. Even at heaven's gates, you will still keep playing and creating. Because that is who you are and what you stand for. You always keep fighting. You're a warrior with achievements and many more to come. Because you know what it takes to win.  

You believe in the truth and unconditional emotions of others. You're there for people because not everything looks as what it seems to be. You have learned empathy from your grandmother. You learned persistence from your mother. I don't know where you are or what you are doing, but I know you will always be someone with a heart. Live forward. Love eternal.
