Internal Health
The past couple of days have been busy, so today will be my weekend post for this blog. I can sometimes get lost in real-world situations but find freedom in my own mental release. Today's latest news has the world losing their minds. Corona this. Corona that. A virus takeover or is it more?
I live in Upstate New York and decided to meet up with one of the friends just to get out of the house. Long story short, the mall is never empty on a Saturday night. You could barely hear any noise. This sickness has changed the lifestyle of our people so quickly, it worries me if local businesses will even survive this.
However, I do believe people are causing more damage than the actual virus here in the states. To be honest, it is 2020. We don't live in ancient times. We have access to so many outlets and ways of survival. Not only that, but we have the most important thing available: The ability to eat and live healthily.
As an athlete, I learned over time that the only way to excel is to take care of myself. I turned this into a habit not just for sports, but for my everyday life. Yeah, I like to drink or go out sometimes. Even want that slice of cake or pie every now and then. That's not a bad thing. You aren't a robot. You're human and it's important to live balanced. The problem is people think healthy supplements or taking all these pills is beneficial. They think eating man-made products is the best solution because it is cheaper to buy. However, it is not. The most beneficial thing you can do is balancing your life with real food, hydrating yourself properly, and intaking those herbal benefits. I love tea and water. I created that habit to help limit my sugar cravings. I balance that with fruit or vegetables.
Do they perish faster? Yes.
But, do they give you long term results? Yes. That is what people don't think about. Making those small changes in your life lead to long-lasting results.

Alas, I am not a doctor. I am not this powerful being that knows all the answers. But, I am conscious of what is happening and what is real. I know we have a choice of what goes into our bodies and what can help protect us.
Third world countries and poor economic countries still exist. Although these places contain beautiful wonders and historic culture, their sad reality is that they are the least protected. They will be the most impacted with this virus due to lack of health facilities and it's hard for some people to understand that. But, we can only pray for recovery and strength to these places. As well as prayers for our own.
Whether young or old, it's important to recognize that hopefully, this virus will make others see the importance of creating stronger, healthy habits to enhance stronger immunity for our bodies. Sometimes, not everyone is born healthy and have situations they can't control. So, I think by doing our best to teach and strengthen our societal well-being, it can help protect them too.
Empty stores. Houses full of toilet paper, rice, and pasta. Super panic rises. When sitting down, think about what maybe you need to change in your life that can make it that much better and safer. Take care of yourself and those in your life. In the end, as I mentioned above, we all have a choice.
Wash your hands.
